We are a small business located in Cave Junction, Oregon. All jobs are by appointment only. We do this to make sure that when we take the PC, Xbox, or PlayStation, that you know your system is being worked on, not sitting on a work bench waiting to be worked on. Turnaround time depends on the job. Virus removal, system restores and other software related jobs are the fastest with an average turnaround time of a day. Any job that requires ordered parts take a few days longer.
When a computer gets infected with something, it's performance suffers. Virus scans catch a lot, but they don't catch everything. If your computer is slow or "laggy" when it used to be faster, chances are it is infected. If your computer has always been a little bit on the slower side, then it might need an upgrade. This does not mean you need to buy a new computer. It might mean something as simple as a memory upgrade.
The days of tossing out an Xbox because of a red light error on the Xbox or or any other error for that mater are gone. E74's,(one red light) RROD(3 lights) or the open tray error can be fixed. I price by the job and all estimates are free. I also do mail in orders for all Xbox 360 repairs, please contact me for details.
